Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Scribewave storefront and any transcription service connected to it. Plans are monthly subscriptions with a 14-day trial as displayed at purchase. After a trial, the selected plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected subscription. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge, subject to provider timing.

You must have the rights, licenses, permissions, and where required the consent to upload recordings. Do not upload material you are not authorized to process. You are responsible for copyright, privacy, confidentiality, employment, and recording-consent requirements that apply to your use. Scribewave processes uploads to produce transcripts. Accuracy varies by audio quality and other conditions; Scribewave does not promise absolute accuracy.

You retain rights in your source recordings subject to third-party rights. Service availability and limits can vary by plan. The static storefront itself does not process uploads or payments. External payment or transcription providers may have separate terms. Contact details are left blank where none were supplied.
