Refund Policy

Scribewave plans are monthly subscriptions with a stated 14-day trial. Charges recur until cancelled. If a user cancels before the next renewal, the next monthly charge should not occur, subject to payment-provider timing. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

If a charge was made in error, a duplicate charge occurred, or the service was materially unavailable, contact the operator with the order or subscription reference. Where a payment provider controls the transaction, its dispute and refund procedures may also apply. Activation codes may be subject to restrictions once redeemed.

This static storefront does not independently process payments or issue refunds. The final operator should replace this template with the exact commercial refund terms used in production. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
