License Policy

Access to Scribewave features is licensed according to the plan purchased. Reel is Personal use, Tape is Commercial use, Deck is a Full commercial license, and Archive is an Enterprise license. These labels describe the intended storefront licensing model and should be aligned with the final operator's agreement.

You may not misrepresent Scribewave as your own service, resell activation codes without permission, bypass usage limits, or use the service to process recordings you lack rights to use. You remain responsible for third-party intellectual property and privacy obligations in source material.

Transcripts and exports are generated for authorized work. Third-party content remains subject to underlying rights. The ability to upload a recording does not grant permission to publish confidential or copyrighted material.

This is a static storefront template. Final licensing language should be reviewed before commercial launch. Mandatory law controls where it conflicts with contractual language.
